All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. It is possible to change your order before the dispatch time, so please email or call with your request. Every endeavour is made for your order to be exactly as shown on our website. However, there may be slight variations to a product as these are made in small batches and the natural plants constituents can add some of these variations.

If you change your mind you may return your order if your product is unopened for a full refund minus postage. If a product is faulty or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
